About Our Coaches

Ellen Cahill, MA, CCC, CSAC

Ellen Cahill has been a Certified Comprehensive Coach (CCC) for more than eleven years. Ellen Is a Certified Og Mandino Coach for over five year. She has a master's degree in speech and language pathology. She is also an accomplished writer, speaker, and educator, teaching a number of courses and workshops on business topics, professional development, personal growth and better living at Bucks County Community College.

Ellen brings a wealth of experience to her coaching practice. Prior to launching Leaps and Bounds: Pathways to Success, LLC, Ellen held the position of district and program manager for Genesis Eldercare Rehabilitation. Her experience as program manager included coordinating and supervising therapeutic programs in two corporate-owned and managed centers, as well as one assisted-living community. She also managed and ran the rehabilitation department, providing services and training to fellow professionals. She provides executive coaching and career coaching services as well.

As district manager, her role grew to supervising and managing eight of the organization's centers in the greater Philadelphia area. She provided regulatory advice, developed policies and procedures, and enacted new and improved reporting systems.

During her eight-year tenure with Genesis, Ellen also provided speech, language and dysphagia (swallowing) assessments and treatments for adults.
Today, Ellen brings her skill working with people — a strength developed while managing a large staff and with individuals and groups in the Bucks Co., Montgomery County & Philadelphia areas to individuals and groups via phone and workshops. She consistently works with people around the globe via phone and teleconference.
